From the first moment I contacted Mary Jean (MJ) she was absolutely phenomenal! She was in constant contact with me about every step, and responded to my calls any time of the day. She explained everything in a way that was understandable- not over my head. She is a professional in every sense of the word, but what sets her apart from others is that she becomes someone who you know you can absolutely trust with your home, yourself . She became a friend . I knew I could reach out to her and her whole team and get their full attention and support. She is absolutely wonderful as a seller but more important as a person. The closing took longer than expected, but as a result of the COVID pandemic and its effect on the banking community- limited workers, working from home,etc. Regardless, we were very happy with MJ and her team and would definitely recommend their services.

When work needed to be done to the home they arranged for everything and had it taken care of right away. The house sold in literally one hour! The pre-listing marketing was phenomenal and the team made sure that we closed in about a month. MJ and her team made this the smoothest, most pleasant sale I have ever experienced. I cannot say enough about MJ and her team. She/they are the BEST! MJ always answered my e-mails / texts / calls immediately and if she didn't have the answer she would get back to me very quickly with the information I needed. My house sold in ONE DAY! This was in the middle of the COVID outbreak to make this even more impressive. MJ constructed a plan for every step of the process from the "coming soon" yard sign, to the house viewing, and to the final closing that took into my concerns over the COVID situation and other personal concerns. Even the vendors she recommended to perform various jobs were outstanding. I would recommend MJ and her team to anyone who is looking to sell their home!

The photographer very effectively showcased my home. The floor plan was a great idea, I think it helped any buyers get a true feel for the layout of the house.

MJ was honestly the best choice for us: she knew the town, the market - so extremely knowledgeable. Tons of experience. She was away on vacation when we listed our home, and her co-worker Becky took care of us beautifully in her absence. However, we heard from MJ constantly despite her being away, via text and phone, and walked us through everything. Both of them were hard working, connected to us and our sale - I mean plugged in. Every step of the way, they did what needed to be done. Every step of the way, MJ and her team kept us in the loop. If they said they were going to call or text, they did. They made sure we understood everything that was happening. Our home was on the market for 6 days before we got one written and two verbal offers. The day MJ got back from her vacation, she stepped off the plane and drove to our house with the written offer. She helped us navigate the negotiations and counseled us on what to do....mind you, this sale was happening during the pandemic! We closed on the house in a little over a month. Mission accomplished - in the best possible way. I cannot say enough good things about MJ and her team. We would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling a house.
